City Business Centre is located on Winckley Street in the heart of the City and offers a unique mix of the historic, with state of the art facilities. A stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle of Preston’s main shopping street Fishergate in one direction and in the other the tranquil settings of the beautifully landscaped parkland of Winckley Square, the City Business Centre is ideally placed to meet your every need.
The Centre has five multipurpose rooms ranging from the Winckley Suite, ideal for conferences and exhibitions, to the smaller, more intimate Avenham Suite suited to seminar break out or small meetings. All the rooms whilst traditional in style have full modern facilities for your comfort. Our choice of rooms offers versatile solutions to your every request.
